5...4...3...2...1...Happy New Year!!! It's time to put on your party shoes and add some sparkle to your wardrobe! This week I spotted this beautiful gold sequins top at Summit Fair and knew it would be the perfect party piece! Seriously, the photos do not do this sparkly top justice, it's absolutely gorgeous in person. I paired it with a dressy pair of black ponte knit skinny pants and black pumps for a sophisticated dressy look. This could easily go with a black blazer making it work wear appropriate too!

Today I am sharing some more winter inspired looks for the holidays! I've been sharing so many evening-wear and party looks over the last couple of weeks so, today I wanted to share a more casual way to style and restyle a look for both day and night! Today I'm back with another holiday look! This one might just be one of my favorites! You can't go wrong with black, white, &  gold with a pop of red, am I right!?! Sometimes when I need to put together a classic look I start with a great fitting black blazer and build my outfit from there. This beautiful gold skirt caught my eye while I was out shopping at Summit Fair this week and I knew it would be a perfect statement holiday piece. This would be a great look for a work party or a Christmas lunch or brunch. 

Style Tips for creating the perfect Holiday Look!

*Add a pop of color! Red and green are ideal for this time of the year!

*A little black dress, blazer, and a neutral blouse are great outfit pieces that can be combined with statement pieces to create a festive look.

*Add some sparkle and Shine! Statement necklaces, cocktail rings, and bangle bracelets will complete your holiday style!

*Metallics make great statement pieces. Skirts, Shoes, and hangbags look beautiful with metallic detailing and will add that extra hint of festive holiday style to your look! 

*Wear a bold lipstick. A deep dark red or maroon color are perfect for pairing with a cocktail dress to give you a glam holiday vibe!

Holiday Party Style on a Budget | Savers

Just about everyone goes to a party during the holiday season, sometimes multiple parties, and buying a new dress or outfit can be hard on anyone's already strapped holiday budget. It's important to be festive and look fabulous during the holiday season, so why not save some money by picking out a complete look or some additional statement pieces at Savers instead of buying a brand new dress or outfit. Finding the perfect holiday party dress can be easy and affordable with a little persistence and some time spent thrifting. * Before you shop, look through your existing wardrobe. Pull out any pieces that could be styled with some thrifted pieces to make a "new" look. Sometimes pulling out some staple items such as a simple black dress or some statement jewelry as a starting point for your holiday look will make the thrifing process easier. 

* Don't buy something just because it's a great price. Make sure it fits you well and could be re-styled with pieces you already own in your wardrobe. 

* Be creative and have fun! Thrifting really inspires me to come up with some unique and interesting looks. The holiday season is a great time to "go bold" and dress up more than other times of the year!
