The KCFW kick off party was held at The Garment District Boutique in Kansas City's Power and Light District. It was a combination of several celebrations coming together - KC Magazine's 100 most influential Kansas Citians, The Garment District Boutique's 3rd Anniversary, and of course the kick off to a busy Kansas City Fashion Week! I was lucky enough to be one of several bloggers asked by the Garment District to style some looks for the fashion show!

Look #1
This dress is so chic! I love the peplum waist and the lace top. I paired it with a contrasting teal necklace and purple clutch with spikes. I like mixing the edgy purse with the sophisticated dress.
Look #2
I fell in love with this leather jacket as I was pulling looks and had to find something fun to pair it with. This dress caught my eye with this great print and I loved the combo of colors.
Look #3
This jacket was so amazing! Great army green color and studs on the shoulders!
