Denim Days of Summer | Summit Fair

Summer has literally flown by! It is already late July and back to school is right around the corner, which means great sales and a new wardrobe season! I've been eyeing tons of new fall merchandise in the stores at Summit Fair and I am already excited to start my denim shopping for fall! Right now everything feels a little bit in-between so I've been playing in some fall inspired pieces into my summer wardrobe. Simple basics paired with my favorite destructed skinny jeans has been a go-to style for me these past couple of weeks. Layering summer tank tops with light weight over sized shirts has also been an easy way to integrate some more fall-like pieces into my looks.

It's a great time to start refreshing your basic items including your denim. I don't know about you but jeans are a must have in my wardrobe. It has been said that the average women owns at least 7 pairs of jeans, and really thinking about it, you probably don't need many more than that. Take a look at the pairs you have in your closet, try them on and if they don't fit donate them, if they look torn up and worn out it's time to let them go. I know it's not the easiest thing to do especially when you finally find that one favorite pair, but trust me -- jeans need to fit right and look good or they are not giving you the closet real estate you deserve! :)

What tips do you have for transitioning your everyday looks into fall during this in between season? I'd love to know!
