" Travel... As much as you can. As far as you can. As long as you can.

One of the things that I love more than anything is to travel with my husband. I love to explore new places and make memories for us to share forever. We've had an amazing start to 2018 with some unbelievable travel opportunities. Going to Hawaii a few weeks ago was a dream come true! We started the trip in Maui at the Fairmont Kea Lani Resort which is on Maui's Wailea coast. It was so beautiful, I literally could have stayed there forever! The amenities included a top notch spa, three swimming pools including an adults-only pool and two activity pools connected by a 140-foot water slide, 24-hour fitness center, watersports and beach activities, championship golf and tennis nearby, and boutique shopping!

Next we did some island hopping and caught a quick one hour flight to the island of Oahu and stayed near Honolulu! First stop was to check out Leonard's Bakery and the famous Hawaiian malasadas (A malasada is a Portuguese doughnut without a hole. They are fried until golden brown on the outside but light and fluffy on the inside! You've got to try them if you get a chance! After that we headed to Pearl Harbor which was an incredible experience that we knew we had to do while we were in Hawaii. Then, we headed to Waikiki Beach to explore and walk all the restaurants and shops. We ate lunch at Duke's Restaurant right on the beach, which was perfect for people watching and enjoying the amazing view! It was such a fun area and so beautiful!
Dinner at the Aulani Disney Resort!
On our last day we explored the North Shore and drove around the entire Island of Oahu. It was so beautiful to see the crystal clear teal water, mountains, lava rock beaches, and all the wild life. I saw sea turtles, crabs, beautiful brightly colored birds, and all the gorgeous Hawaiian flowers! It's just such a picture perfect place that I feel so grateful to have had a chance to visit.
