On Friday I stopped by Better Kansas City Morning Show to collaborate on a DIY Denim Jacket project with fellow blogger Audrey of Oh So Lovely Blog! We decided to make several of these jackets after we noticed them becoming a big trend for sporting events, bachelorette parties, and bridesmaids. We wanted to share on-air how easy they are to make and personalize for just about anyone and any occasion. We found all the jackets at second hand stores and found all the patches, pins, and supplies at our local craft stores. They turned out amazing and it took just a couple of hours to put them all together.

I love this idea! You can't go wrong with a denim jacket as it truly is a wardrobe staple. I like the idea of making it more unique :)
