I Can and I Will

Hey guys! I'm back from a mini break from the blog! It was good to refresh and refocus on myself and family for a little while and now I'm ready to get going for the new year! I've got some amazing things planned for this little blog of mine and some fun things to come in the next couple of weeks! Today I'm bringing you an active wear look from Maurices at Summit Fair. They have an amazing workout line called inMOTION that I have discovered and absolutely LOVE!

I'm proud to say I've made some pretty big goals for myself this year. First things first -- it's time to get Healthy! "I Can and I Will" are the words I will be living by in 2015!

A new set of workout clothes and new pair of running shoes are the perfect motivation to get moving!

I wanted to share a fun Treadmill Workout I tried the other night! It kicked my bootie but I'm going to keep it up!

Treadmill Shredmill Workout- I've already repinned this once but I just want everyone to know I burned more calories doing this than running 6 mph for 45 mins and its really easy and makes time go by super fast because your constantly switching it up. Love, Jynsen.

  3. I actually like Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home series. She has step by step videos of an at home walk program that's really not just a walk but more of an aerobics class hehe She has 1 mile, 2 miles, 3 miles so You can build up from one to the other ^^ and the days I don't feel like doing that, I just put on an episode of some series or another and do sets of squats, plies, and abs!
Good luck ^^ I love seeing other people trying to get motivated to get back on track, not just Myself heheh!
