Kansas City Fashion Week Saturday Day Show Highlights!

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 27th 2PM

Designer Wendy McMillian in collaboration with Amy Collier

I love the back of this dress. The crossed straps and bow detail are so fun!

As soon as I saw this dress so many styling possibilities went through my mind. A versatile shirt dress is one of the things I have been looking to add into my wardrobe. I think this style will be a trend come spring and I also love the pocket placement.

Lauren Bander is one of my favorite KCFW designers. She has such a great design aesthetic and I always enjoy seeing her collections. She is a wonderful designer, but she is also great at styling her pieces to make them very wearable. Scarves, jewelry, and headbands pull the looks together and create a memorable collection.

I loved the Afielda collection! The bold prints and flattering silhouettes of these pieces were absolutely stunning. The head wraps added an extra piece of excitement and style to each look. I especially liked the last several dresses that were shown and couldn't get enough of the gorgeous purple hue that was used throughout the collection.
