Hey Guys! Happy Thursday! What a crazy busy week it has been! There is so much going on in Kansas City right now and the weather has been beyond amazing during this Indian summer. Yesterday it was almost 80 degrees in KC! I love these gorgeous days but it has been a little bit hard to layer all these amazing sweaters and jackets I've been scooping up at Summit Fair for fall. The good thing is that the evenings have been chillier and I have a feeling the warm fall weather is probably almost over, so I'm going to soak it up while I can!
The best layering pieces for me lately have been loose cable knit sweaters and light weight trench jackets. I'm all about those light weight and comfy layers!
Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed a trend of fall pastels in the stores around Summit Fair. I really like the light and pretty colors that mix well with some of my darker prints and patterns too. I spotted these mauve corduroy straight leg pants and fell in love! They are perfect paired with a sweater and these patterned pumps!
